The weak spot on these is the spring
I seem to replace 3 or 4 of these every camping season due to spring failure. Getting this many at one purchase gives me a price break and I always have spares. The holes don't match up with factory catches. At first, I was upset but after consideration, I realized the screws were going in to fresh siding; making the hold even better. I just made sure I filled the existing holes with plenty of silicone to prevent leaks and rot. If the hardware was drill point instead of just pan head screws, it would make this a lot easier. Screwing into gel coat always needs to be drilled to avoid cracks.

Be prepared to adapt
Worked great but holes may be slightly off. Corrosion will be your biggest hurdle as the screw holes may be bigger due to it. You can use fat toothpicks psh in waddled out hole and the new screws will sung up. I used a dab of silicon sealent on the screws and sealed the sides and the top of the latch as well. Even added latches to doors that the factory didn't, just painted them the color to match the coach.

Looks Good!! Easy Install!!
Good color, true black! Our class a did not have door struts to assist and keep the doors open! These clips are easy to install, came with screws. I used my own black T20 screw to match black on black. Also used self tapper screw, no drilling. Strong, tested, only had to use one clip per door! So far so good!! Would purchase again!!

Nice replacement in black
These are nice replacement storage compartment latches. The black color makes a nice contrast to the white sides of the RV. I expect this wil have better UV protection than the white style and will last longer. Easy to change out old broken ones, or add to storage compartments that did not have latches.

Look great work great just learned trial and error Mount them like more behind the door you're wanting to use the clip to hold up as plastic ends a little slippery and I don't know where the old ones I took off mounting holes got covered up when I painted the RV.
