Kem trà xanh đậu đỏ là món đặc biệt hấp dẫn, nhất là trong những ngày hè oi ả. Bạn sẽ thích mê khi thưởng thức hương vị đặc biệt từ trà xanh Nhật Bản quyện với vị ngọt bùi của đậu đỏ.
Chuẩn bị nuyên liệu. Đầu tiên các bạn cắt nhỏ 2 lá gelatine cho vào một cái chén (hình 1). Cho thêm 50 ml sữa vào rồi đem bỏ vào lò vi sóng, vặn công suất trung bình thấp, quay trong vòng 2 phút (hình 2, 3, 4).
Sau khi quay gelatine xong, các bạn lấy ra làm nguội nhanh bằng cách cho vào 1 tô nước đá (hình 1). Tiếp theo cho 300ml kem tươi và 15g bột trà xanh Nhật Bản vào máy xay sinh tố (hình 2, 3). Các bạn xay tới khi kem nở bông (hình 4).
Cho vào 200ml sữa đặc và gelatine đã hòa tan vào (hình 1, 2). Xay cho hỗn hợp hòa quyện rồi tắt máy, cho vào hộp đem bỏ vào ngăn đông tủ lạnh (hình 3, 4).
Sau 6-8 tiếng kem đông là có thể thưởng thức được. Các bạn có thể ăn kèm đậu đỏ và hạnh nhân lát rang vàng rất ngon.
